Why I started
I answer EPFO questions in public on Quora, and those answers have been read more than 3 million times. Since 2019 I've also worked on PF cases directly: rejected claims, stuck transfers, wrong dates, frozen UANs. The same problems come up again and again, and most of them come down to a record that doesn't match somewhere.
I work only through official routes: EPFO's own forms, the member portal and the EPFiGMS grievance system, with you in control of your login. Nobody has special access to EPFO, and anyone who claims to is a risk to your PF. The aim is always an accurate record, not a convenient one.
How I work

I reply myself
I read and reply to every message myself, usually within a few hours and always within 24. There's no call centre or agency layer.
I tell you if you don't need me
Many PF problems can be fixed on the EPFO portal in a few steps. When yours can, I'll say so and point you to the guide.
Fees in writing before work
₹499 for a consultation. For case support, a written quote with scope and timeline before any work, never a percentage of your PF.
Never your OTP, password or bank login
Everything goes through official EPFO forms and portals, with you in control of your own login. If someone claiming to be me asks, it's a scam.
