The initial case review is free. If paid support is required, the fee, scope, documents, likely route, and estimated timeline are shared before work begins. Any fees are shared in writing before work begins and vary by complexity.
If NidhiSetu accepts a paid case and cannot move it forward through the agreed route, refund or no-charge terms will be discussed according to the case scope. Refunds do not apply where incorrect information is provided, required documents are withheld, the user stops responding, or EPFO / employer rejects the case for reasons disclosed during review.
You are responsible for sharing truthful information, reviewing all documents before submission, and keeping control of your own EPFO login, Aadhaar OTP, and bank credentials.
