PF and ESI proof your principal employers will accept, every month.
I file your monthly PF and ESI, keep UAN and KYC records clean, and send you an evidence pack to forward to each client.
Principal employers can be held responsible for a contractor's unpaid PF and ESI, so they ask for challans and ECRs before releasing your bill. When those are late, or don't match the workers at their site, payment stops.
Who it's for: private security agencies and manpower or staffing contractors with roughly 20–200 workers deployed at client sites.
Fee, scope and timeline in writing before any work. No guaranteed-outcome promises.
What principal employers usually ask you for
The list varies by client, but these come up on most monthly bills.
- PF ECR and challan for the month, covering the workers deployed at their site.
- ESI contribution challan for the same workers.
- Wage register and attendance that match the bill and the challans.
- Licence status: your contract-labour licence and, for security agencies, a valid PSARA licence.
- Joiners and exits: UANs generated, exits marked, nobody missing from the ECR.
The EPF wage ceiling is now ₹25,000 a month, so workers you previously kept outside PF may now need cover. What changed and what employers must do.
What the monthly desk includes
One person, one fee, every month.
- PF ECR checked against your wage register, then filed with the challan before the due date.
- ESI contributions filed for every covered worker.
- UANs generated and KYC approvals done for new joiners; exits marked at EPFO.
- An evidence pack for each principal employer: challans, ECR, receipts and a one-page summary of the workers at that client.
- A renewal calendar for your PSARA, contract-labour and other registrations, with reminders.
- WhatsApp support for workers' PF questions, so your supervisors don't have to field them.
What's not included
- Salary processing and disbursement.
- Fixing past months' filings. That's quoted separately after the first call.
- No guaranteed licence approval or penalty outcome. Those rest with the concerned authority.
- No legal representation. Where a matter needs it, a qualified labour-law professional handles it and I coordinate.
- I never ask for UAN passwords, portal OTPs, Aadhaar OTPs or bank logins, from you or your employees.

- Never a percentage of your PF balance or payroll value. Fees reflect the work involved, not the size of your account.
- Fee, scope and timeline confirmed in writing before any billable work begins.
- No surprise scope expansion. If something outside the agreed scope comes up, it's raised and confirmed separately, not billed silently.
EPFO and ESIC filings carry no government fee. My fee is for the preparation, checks, filing and follow-up.
Questions agencies ask
We already have someone filing PF. What's different?
Filing is the easy part. What I fix is usually around it: workers missing from the ECR, exits never marked, KYC pending, and no clean proof to send each client. The evidence pack is what most agencies don't have.
Do you need our workers' UAN passwords or OTPs?
No. Employer-portal work is done with your authorisation, in the way EPFO and ESIC allow. I never ask your workers for UAN passwords, OTPs or bank logins.
Can you help with our PSARA or contract-labour licence?
Yes, as a separate fixed-fee project: documents, filing and renewal tracking. Approval rests with the licensing authority, so no outcome is guaranteed.
Our past months have gaps. Can you still take us on?
Yes. The first call finds them. Fixing past months is quoted separately, so the monthly fee stays predictable.
Is NidhiSetu connected to EPFO or ESIC?
No. NidhiSetu is an independent consultancy, not affiliated with EPFO, ESIC or any government body. EPFO and ESIC filings carry no government fee; my fee is for the preparation, checks, filing and follow-up.
