Internal case records · Provisional, pending full audit

Our track record — including what didn't work.

Most consultancies in this category publish "100% success rate" without a denominator. Here are my actual internal numbers instead — resolved, partially resolved, and unresolved-and-refunded — based on my own case records rather than an independent audit.

~5,240paid cases handled

A note on these numbers: These are provisional internal working estimates from my own case records, not yet independently audited. They will be updated as verification against detailed historical records is completed. I'm publishing them now, imperfect and unaudited, rather than waiting for a polished figure — because a real number with a denominator is worth more than a claimed one without.

What these categories mean

How I define each outcome

Fully resolved

The member's primary issue was successfully resolved through the appropriate employer/EPFO process — a claim processed, a date corrected, a transfer completed, a Member ID delinked, an EPS service gap closed.

Partially resolved

A substantial part of the problem was addressed, but another part remained pending or needed further employer/EPFO action — for example, DOJ corrected but DOE still pending, or a grievance escalated but final department action still outstanding.

Not resolved — refunded

The case could not be moved forward through the agreed route. Where NidhiSetu accepted a paid case and this happened, the fee was refunded per my terms — this is not counted as a success.

Why a case doesn't resolve

Honestly, it's usually one of these

  • The employer didn't cooperate, even after follow-up and escalation
  • Required documents weren't available to support the case
  • EPFO didn't approve the requested correction
  • The member didn't provide required documents or stopped responding
  • The case was genuinely outside what an independent consultancy can resolve

See my Terms & Refund Policy for exactly how refunds work when a case can't be moved forward.

Figures are approximate internal estimates and sum to roughly the total case count above; individual categories are rounded and may shift as records are verified.

What this page is not: NidhiSetu is not an official EPFO organization, and these figures are not an independent audit. They're my own internal case records, published as-is — including the cases that didn't work out — rather than a polished statistic. I never ask for your OTP, UAN password or bank login.
