Fair question — you should be careful. Everything here is verifiable: real client recommendations on LinkedIn (with names and companies), 3M+ reads on my public Quora profile since 2019, and reviews on Topmate. Will you ask for my UAN password, OTP or bank login?
Never. No legitimate EPFO help ever needs your UAN password, OTP, or bank login, and I will never ask for them. Everything is done through official EPFO portals and forms, with you in control of your own credentials. If anyone (including someone claiming to be me) asks for these, treat it as a scam.
Do I have to pay before anything?
No. The first step is a free 24-hour audit on WhatsApp — you get the cause, the documents and a realistic timeline before paying anything. You only pay if you decide you want me to handle the case. And if I take a paid case and can't move it forward through the agreed route, you don't pay.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. If you want hands-on help, the fee, scope, documents and timeline are shared with you in writing before any work begins — so there are no surprises. Simpler corrections cost far less than what lawyers typically quote for the same work.
Are you part of EPFO or the government?
No. NidhiSetu is an independent EPFO consultation service — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing the EPFO or any government body. All work is advisory and operational support, done through official EPFO forms, portals and escalation routes.
What if my case can't be resolved?
I'll tell you honestly in the free audit if something genuinely can't be done. And if I accept a paid case and can't move it forward through the agreed route, you don't pay.
How fast will you reply?
I personally reply to every message, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours. There's no agency layer or junior team — you deal directly with me.
