As alternate verification evidence.
Follow this in order — skipping ahead usually costs more time, not less.
Wage confirmation, joint-option proof, or something else — this determines the right escalation.
In writing, with a clear deadline, so you have a paper trail of the attempt.
Salary slips and Form 3A/EPF statements can substitute for direct employer confirmation in many cases.
Reference your application number and the documented attempts to reach the employer.
A direct written escalation, referencing the grievance and your alternate evidence, can push it forward.
