Why was my instant PF credited and then reversed? +
Your bank runs its own name and account check. If the details don’t match exactly, an automated ‘reverse sweep’ debits the same amount within seconds. The fix is correcting the mismatch — not re-claiming repeatedly.
EPFO 3.0 says auto-settle up to ₹5 lakh — why is mine manual? +
Auto-settlement only applies when your UAN is fully KYC-compliant: Aadhaar, PAN and a verified bank account. Any gap pushes the claim to manual review or rejection.
The UPI / ATM withdrawal option isn’t showing for me. +
That usually means KYC is incomplete — Aadhaar not seeded, bank not verified, or no UPI set on that bank. These are fixable, and it’s the first thing I check.
