Gather these now — you'll need them whichever route this ends up taking.
Showing the claim submitted and its current status.
Emails or messages already sent requesting attestation.
Showing exactly where it's stuck.
Follow this in order — skipping ahead usually costs more time, not less.
Check your claim status on the UAN portal — it should explicitly show 'pending employer approval' or similar.
Most delays are simply about someone actually logging in and approving — a direct nudge often works.
Reference your claim ID and the time-sensitivity of the claim.
Some claim categories/situations allow EPFO to process without waiting indefinitely on attestation — worth checking your specific claim's rules.
Citing your claim ID and the documented attempts to get attestation.
A direct, time-bound request usually gets faster action than a general follow-up.
