Yes, and most engagements do. The first phase is discovery — reconstructing the register of what exists, what is valid, and what has lapsed, from your documents and from portal records where available. The desk runs from that baseline.
What happens when a due date is missed? +
The alert escalates, and we tell you plainly rather than quietly. Most obligations have a late route with a fee or a compounding path; a few require fresh application. We establish which, and put the recovery in motion. We do not treat a missed date as a problem to be absorbed by the desk without telling you.
Where does the repository live? +
In your own document storage where you prefer that, with the structure and naming convention we set up, or in our client workspace where you do not. Either way the records are yours and are handed over in full at the end of any engagement.
